Are you passionate about our oceans and keen to work with businesses in supporting fisheries who have met our globally recognized standard for sustainability? We are looking for a Senior Fisheries & Stakeholder Manager, to join our Baltic and Central Europe team, overseeing and driving sustainable seafood initiatives in the region.
This role is crucial in supporting fisheries to join the MSC program and to support growth of certified fisheries in the region. As a regional manager you will be coordinating fisheries and stakeholder outreach activities in the key Baltic & Central Europe countries (Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Finland and other Baltic States)
Your efforts will contribute to the expansion of our sustainability initiatives, making a positive impact on the regional seafood industry.

We are a dynamic team and have set ambitious targets for increasing the availability of certified sustainable seafood that meets our Standard.
You will have a key role supporting the work and activities that the Baltic & Central Europe team has been successfully delivering in the region. You will participate in multiple projects, building relationships with our partners and liaising closely with the regional team, as well as other MSC teams across our global network.
This role is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking with a ‘hands-on’ approach to drive positive change in the seafood sector and deliver on MSC’s ambitious objectives.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from an MSC office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month The remaining time can be worked from home.
