Join the MSC team, a diverse group of talented ocean and seafood enthusiasts, as we work to safeguard seafood for the future. This role contributes to the MSC’s US marketing strategy with four key areas of focus: providing support for the marketing strategy and measurement of impact, the digital marketing and paid media strategies, partner marketing, and creative asset development.

You would be joining a small marketing and communications team in the US with four members working closely together on campaign and initiatives. In addition, you are joining a global network of marketing and communications professionals in about 30 countries around the world to learn from and collaborate with.

In this role, you will be both directly educating and engaging the public, as well as partnering with other organizations and companies on campaigns, with the opportunity to impact real and tangible change on public perception and behavior.

While this position will work out of our Washington DC office, there are flexible working options available to the successful candidate.

Key attributes for this role include:

  • Demonstrated strength in marketing planning, campaign management, and impact analysis
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms, including managing budgets and cross-platform spending
  • Excellent copywriting skills, especially the ability to develop succinct and engaging copy for advertising and social media marketing campaigns
  • Experience is in the food and beverage industry or grocery retail space is an advantage
  • Ability to support and foster a collaborative team environment where ideas, strategies, projects, and asks for help can be shared openly among the team
