The Vacancy
Are you passionate about our oceans? Are you used to working closely with French fisheries stakeholders?
If you are keen to promote ocean sustainability and can represent the MSC program and engage others to support, it - this may be the role for you!
Under the supervision of the Senior Fisheries Outreach Manager, you’ll be responsible for promoting and increasing awareness and support for the MSC program across fisheries in France and engaging new potential fisheries in the program while maintaining effective relationships with existing ones.
You will also be responsible for implementing and delivering activities in the final phase of Project Medfish with French fisheries in the Mediterranean and working on building a follow up in the area.
To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated individual with a background in a sustainability or environmental discipline, or in an area of relevance to our operational processes or systems.

The MSC is committed to flexible working. The successful candidate will need to work from the Paris office for a minimum of 50% of their working time each month. The remaining time can be worked from home. During the onboarding process, hybrid work may require more office work than remote work.
